December 12, 2016 – The application went before the Development Review Team which confirmed a routine re-zoning application would be necessary.
April 13, 2017 – The property was presented at the Hamilton Municipal Heritage Committee where the recommendation to designate the property was denied.
June 2, 2017 – A Routine Zoning By-Law Amendment Application was submitted to the City of Hamilton.
June 16, 2017 – The application was deemed complete.
September 13, 2017 – Revised elevations, site plan and sun shadow study submitted to the City of Hamilton.
November 10, 2017 – Project unveiling/ribbon cutting ceremony held along Hughson Street
January 16, 2018 – Public Meeting at Planning Committee, Hamilton City Hall
December 21, 2017 – Site Plan Control application submitted to the City of Hamilton. UrbanSolutions and the project team are working with City staff in securing final site plan approval.
January 16, 2018 – Statutory public meeting held at Planning Committee.
January 24, 2018 – City of Hamilton Council approved the Zoning By-law Amendment.
